Guidelines for Oral Presenters

1. The official language is English.
2. Presentation time(including Q&A): Keynote 25 min / Speaker 15 min / SYIS speaker 10 min.

3. Please refer to the presentation schedule via the link below.

4. It will be provided with a wireless microphone for your presentation.
5. We highly recommend you prepare the Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) or Portal Document Format (PDF) presentation file in the 16:9 slide size. If you would like to use the TERMIS-AP 2022 PPT template, please find the attched file.
6. For presenters, you should submit the presentation materials at least an hour prior to your presentation schedule at the preview room on the 3rd floor, Room no. 300. However, if you wish to use your personal laptop for the presentation, please go to the operations desk directly.
※ Should you wish to use your personal laptop, we ask that you notify us in advance.
※ If you are using a personal laptop (including a Macintosh-type computer), it is necessary to bring your own adaptor.
※ It is also necessary to arrive at the operations desk in your presentation room during the break time of the previous session so that your presentation materials can be tested on location to ensure there are no issues.
